Between 2000 – 2015, he served as a Instructor Specialist Officer in the Romanian Intelligence Service – National Intelligence Academy “Michael the Brave” and is a certified trainer in simulated behavior detection.

Between 2000 – 2009, he served as Force officer in the Romanian Intelligence Service.

In 2009-2010, he worked as a Specialist Officer in the Department of Personnel Recruitment in the National Intelligence Agency.

In the period 2012-2014, he coordinated a research project conducted under the aegis S.R.I. and the National Institute for Studies in Intelligence, which focused on the conceptualization and operationalization of practical tools for developing skills and competencies in behavioral detection in the Simulated Intelligence area.

From 2012, he is advising multinational companies in Romania in his area of expertise.
