Associate Professor at The Bucharest University of Economic Studies, holds a PhD in Management and specialized in management and entrepreneurship.

He is author or coauthor of more than 50 scientific papers, attended postgraduate courses at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University and currently holds the courses Managerial Methodologies, Performance Management and International Comparative Management within Faculty of Management, The Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

He has been working as trainer and consultant in business for over 10 years and has been involved in many national and international research and businesses projects.
